Integrated Lawn and Tree is a full service landscaping, hardscaping, and lawn care maintenance service provider in the Kansas City area.

The story begins in 2009. Owner Ethan Matt had started out by investing every penny out of his savings and borrowing his father’s Subaru and his brother’s trailer. Ethan had had the same entrepreneurial spirit as his father and brother and decided to start his own service. He was looking for something both rewarding as well as something he could continually invest in and become better at.

After looking through Craigslist for a few days, he’d come across the most beautiful, red, completely redone, Exmark commercial, walk-behind mower.

It was at this point he knew what he wanted to do. He had to have it.

After consulting with his father, they both jumped in the car with every ounce of ambition and savings Ethan could muster up to go buy the mower that started it all.

The very next week Ethan was cutting grass of several family friends and neighbors. But of course, this was just the beginning.
